For me, it’s remembering that coming home to myself isn’t about perfection or performance — it’s about presence. Its about grounding back into my breath, my body, and my Dreaming. Its whispering to myself, “Ngayi Shan, remember who you are, and whose you are”
In the chaos of life — as mothers, leaders, change makers, and women walking between worlds — it’s easy to lose our rhythm and our sense of power. But that’s what the Warrior Heart is about: learning to return to ourselves, again and again, no matter how far we’ve drifted.
