Could 5mins a day change your life?
A Warrior Heart Practice Five Minutes of Truth a Day This is not a productivity habit. This is a practice of remembering yourself. Most of us were taught to begin and end our days in service — to urgency, to survival, to everyone else’s needs. Especially as women, as mothers, as First Nations people, we learned to self-abandon and call it strength. This practice is an interruption to that pattern. The Teaching Your body, spirit, and Dreaming are always speaking. Most of us have just never been taught how to listen. Five to ten minutes a day is enough to: Rebuild trust with yourself Regulate your nervous system Hear what your life is actually asking of you Remember who you are beneath survival Consistency matters more than intensity. Presence matters more than perfection. The Practice (Choose Morning or Night) For five to ten minutes: Sit or stand somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your body. Breathe slowly. Look yourself in the eye in a mirror (if it feels safe). Say nothing at first. Just breathe. Let whatever wants to surface, surface — a feeling, a truth, a desire, a grief, a dream. You are not here to judge it. You are here to witness yourself. That is the ceremony. The Invitation Commit to this for 365 days. Not because it’s easy. Because it’s honest. Ask yourself: Who would I become if I stopped leaving myself? What choices would change if I listened daily? What kind of life could grow from this relationship with self? You don’t need to know the answers yet. You just need to be willing to sit. This is how the Warrior Heart is strengthened — not through force, but through presence. If this speaks to you, begin tonight. Or begin in the morning. Your life is already waiting for you to listen. ❤️‍🔥

🌿 Welcome to Warrior Heart Circle 🖤
Ngayi, Warrior Hearts —To our new members arriving here: Welcome home. This is more than a community. It is a circle. A fire. A return. Here, we honour story as medicine, healing as legacy, and truth as power. ✨ This is a space to: - Walk at your own pace — slow, steady, sovereign. - Share your truth without fear of being “too much” or “not enough.” - Reclaim your rhythm, your voice, your power. - Be witnessed by others walking their own Warrior Heart journey. As a Barkindji and Ngiyampaa woman, I hold this space as a circle guided by Ancestors, grounded in culture, and woven with the spirit of resilience and sovereignty. You are not here by accident. You were called. 🖤 To our returning members: thank you for holding the fire steady.🖤 To our new members: we see you, we welcome you, and we honour your courage to step in. 🌱 Reflection prompt to begin: As you arrive, share one word that describes the season you’re in right now.(Or simply drop an emoji that speaks your truth.) Together, let’s begin by honouring our pace, our path, and our power. Welcome, Warrior Heart — your place in the circle is here.
I am living my Dreaming. Now its time to trust
As we stand at the edge of one year closing and another beginning, this is an invitation — especially for those of us in the Warrior Heart community — to reflect not just on what we carried in 2025, but on what was truly ours to carry. Because the world, life, and leadership can feel heavy. And sometimes it is heavy because we become stronger through the lifting and the carrying. And sometimes it is heavy because it was never ours to hold. Knowing the difference does not come from pushing harder. It comes from discernment. From wisdom. From that inner guidance many of us in this community are learning to listen to — and trust. And then comes the deeper work we practise together: the courage and responsibility to know what to put down, and what we are meant to keep moving with. I fought for this life. And now I am learning to trust — not as an idea, but as a daily practice — that I am worthy, allowed, enough, and safe to have it, to hold it, and to carry the calling that came with it. This life did not come by accident. This calling did not mistake me. Survival was never the destination. It was the crossing. Sovereignty is the remembering. As we begin to weave 2026, the invitation within the Warrior Heart community is this: not just what we build or carry forward — but how we stay with ourselves and with each other as we do. This is Warrior Heart. This is Dreamweaving. This is choosing to move at the pace of peace and trust — together. Because arrival is not something we earn alone. It is something we learn how to honour in community.

Indigenous and Matrilineal teaching and wisdom
I want to offer this as a gift, and as an honouring. What I’m sharing now doesn’t come from theory or trend. It comes from matriarchal, matrilineal, Indigenous and ancestral teachings— and from my own lived journey of becoming. Of being chosen. Of being called. Of remembering myself as womb, seed, and birthplace. In our old ways, the womb is not just biological. It is the place where life begins, where vision is carried, where stories, leadership, and legacy are first dreamed before they are made visible. As women, as mothers, as leaders, we are life sources for what we carry into the world. For our families. For our communities. For the futures we are responsible for shaping. For a long time, I knew this—but I couldn’t always live it. There were seasons where it wasn’t safe, or allowed, to honour myself as the source. Survival required disconnection. That wasn’t weakness. It was wisdom in the conditions I was living through. What I am reclaiming now is not self-focus. It is obligation. It is responsibility. It is law. As the Barkindji Warrior, as a woman walking with Warrior Heart, I am learning to tend the source with discipline as devotion. With clear decisions. With personal protocols for how I live, love, lead, and serve. Not so I can do less—but so what flows from me is clean. Restorative. Regenerative. I am choosing to walk and weave these teachings into the world—not as something I’ve mastered, but as something I am living into, day by day. And I want to acknowledge you—this community. Those who have honoured me. Those who have served me. Those who have challenged, influenced, and shaped me. Your presence, your questions, your courage to do your own work has helped refine this next iteration of my wisdom, my entrepreneurship, and my story. This is a shared remembering. I offer this as a seed. If it nourishes you, tend it. If it calls you, listen. And if you are on your own journey of becoming— know that honouring yourself as the source is not selfish.
