Start here (read this first)
Welcome. Quick version of how this works. Most AI groups hand you 400 prompts and a chat that scrolls past before you've read it. You save everything, use none of it, end up feeling behind. I did exactly that for about two years. Then I got annoyed and built my own AI that reads my actual files, talks back, and tells me how much API credit I've burned before I've finished my coffee. That's what we do here. You build yours. So before you go quiet and lurk (I can see you), three things: First, tell me what you want off your plate. Comment the one task you'd pay money to never do again. Emails, meeting notes, that weekly report nobody reads, whatever yours is. Second, reply to two other people with one idea, prompt, or tool. You learn this faster by helping than by watching. Third, open the Classroom and start White Belt. By the end of the week you'll have one AI workflow you actually use. Not a saved tab. A real one. That's it. Drop your task below and let's get you building. Tony

Work directly with me (1:1 + done-with-you)
For most people the Inner Dojo is plenty. But a few of you want me in your corner directly, building your systems with you. Three ways to do that: Operator Lab ($499/mo): small-pod coaching + a 1:1 strategy call with me every month, a quarterly audit of your AI stack, priority on everything. For when you want my eyes on your actual business. Private Coaching ($999/mo): weekly 1:1 with me. We build your systems together — I'm not just advising, we're shipping. Full audit, a personal roadmap, and a direct line. A handful of seats, that's it. Done-for-you (custom): want it built for your team? We build your AI systems, train your people, hand you the keys. Scoped and priced per project. Straight talk: this isn't for everyone. If you haven't shipped anything yet, start free and earn your White Belt first. This is for people already moving who want to move faster, with me. To apply: comment OPERATOR below or DM me with (1) what you do, (2) what you're trying to build, and (3) which option you're eyeing. I'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.

Drill: catch your AI lying to your face
AI will hand you a clean, confident answer that's about 20% wrong and never tell you which 20%. That's how people ship bad work and look silly in front of their boss. So corner it. Take a real question and add: "tell me where to verify this, give me the opposing view, and flag what you're least sure about." Watch it suddenly get humble. What did yours admit it wasn't sure about? Drop it below.

Drill: stop letting AI guess how you work
Your AI doesn't know you hate fluff. It doesn't know you want the answer first and the reasoning second. So it guesses, and you get mush back. Fix it once. Write a short list of rules it follows every time you talk to it. Mine has things like "answer first, explain after" and "tell me when I'm wrong instead of agreeing to be nice." Post your two favorite rules below. Steal one from someone else while you're in here.

Drill: turn your messiest meeting into a plan
Grab the worst meeting notes you've got. The rambly ones nobody wrote up. Paste them into your AI and tell it exactly what you want back: decisions, risks, who owns what, and the next steps. Nothing else. I ran this on a 90-minute call last week and it flagged an owner I'd completely missed. That miss would've cost me a deadline. Try it and tell me what it caught that you would've lost in the noise. Extra points if it's slightly embarrassing.
