Drill: stop letting AI guess how you work
Your AI doesn't know you hate fluff. It doesn't know you want the answer first and the reasoning second. So it guesses, and you get mush back.
Fix it once. Write a short list of rules it follows every time you talk to it. Mine has things like "answer first, explain after" and "tell me when I'm wrong instead of agreeing to be nice."
