🚀 What is Smart Networking? The Secret to Leveling Up Faster
Hey New Joiners,
I was talking to one of the members, and she was asking how she can go up levels fast!
She said she is busy and don't have time to comment on other people's and wait for likes!
I suddenly stopped her and said: "Why do you even think you should do that?"
she said: "Aren't we supposed to get likes?"
A lot of you are working hard to collect points(likes) and level up — and that’s exactly what you should be doing! ⚡ But there are many ways to do it!
Every level you earn unlocks new perks, resources, and sections of our classroom.
Here in Breakthrough Elites (Both Free zone and main), your growth isn’t automatic — it’s earned through action, participation, and consistency. 🚀
Let’s talk about what separates ordinary activity from real progress, an ordinary high school level networking versus a professional world-class one!
Because real networking — done right — isn’t about noise! It's about smart positioning of thoughts that adds value, sparks curiosity, and gets people thinking. 💡 Which comes from active research and listening to every situation.
For example, many of you just write “thank you” or drop an emoji under someone’s post — and that’s fine. But here’s the truth:
👉 That won’t move you up the levels.
Imagine, looking while you are looking at Linkedin Tasks, finding someone in your field, having a look at his headline and complimenting him about something about him!
He will instantly reward you with a recognition and a like, he will also reply to you which is a gateway for more conversations. and more opportunity to get likes! It is the same in real world as well!
The more time you spend collecting information about someone, the better you can network with them.
I will explain this in details in apply to 3 jobs and follow ups. But for now, Read on!
This community isn’t built on random engagement — it’s built on impactful communication.
If you want to rise fast and unlock new videos, here’s the formula 👇
💡 Step 1: Post with Purpose
Don’t just write — start conversations.
Create posts that spark thought, curiosity, or emotion.
Ask a question that makes people stop and think.
Example:
“What’s one thing you wish you knew before applying for your first job abroad?”
That kind of post gets attention — and attention brings likes, comments, and points.
🔥 Step 2: Add Value in Every Comment
Every time you comment, teach something small. (Don't be rude)
Instead of “Thanks,” write something like:
“That’s a great insight — I used the same technique when I got my last interview call.”
Now you’re adding value, not noise.
👑 People will remember your name — and they’ll start engaging back.
💬 Step 3: Be Seen Where the Energy Is
Go into active rooms, the Q&A, and the social section.
Reply to others thoughtfully — use your expertise, your story, your lessons. You'll quickly notice how your points multiply.
👑 Why? Because this is networking done right — giving before asking.
🏆 Step 4: One Great Post Can Change Everything
☝️You don’t need ten posts a day.
Sometimes one meaningful, creative, well-written post can earn you 50–200 points. One great post can take you from Level 1 to Level 3 instantly. So take your time. Think. Write. Make it count.
⭐️These posts are usually related to the most burning questions people have, especially if it’s related to one of the lectures! The beauty of this approach is that you don’t need to be the top voice in the industry to say something. It can be as simple as posting a question but that question should be very smart!
Imagine you’re listening to a lecture and you figure out what is the most popular question among the listeners, if you start asking question in the Q&A about that problem, you might as well get a lot of engagement! And going further, if you start providing deep answer to that question(or at least try), you hit the jackpot!
This is how a community evolves it is started by me, but it will go further by all of us!
This is not just a leveling system — it’s training for real-world networking.
When you learn how to engage here, you’re learning how to build influence on LinkedIn, at work, and in life.
Because the real power of networking isn’t in talking more — it’s in saying what matters.
Let’s see your smart posts all around the community, in general discussion or anything that is related to Networking!
I’ll be watching who’s applying this strategy 👀 And yes — we’ll unlock something special for the most creative one. 🏅
And yes - This is one great way to unlock certain lectures , go up the leaderboard and win prizes !

P.S. See This Example here. Farahnaz just collected 13 likes on the post and 15 points under the comment section of the same post! She is Level 4 Right now! (Bytheway, when she did that, writing farsi was allowed, now we have a policy for only writing in English)
Or check this example that Maryam keeps posting meaningful comments throughout the network and she receives a lot of likes and engagements!
Also see Amin's example in attached. he is using GIFs , he is asking questions that relates to most of you and he is sparking conversations. He will soon go up many levels!
Here is Another smart example by Hamed, who shared a cool technique ! he is at level 4 also
There are many more great examples in this community that you can learn! You just need to stay curious and do the work.
Always follow community rules
