Momentum doesn’t lie. Execution never lies. But this post is not about bragging. This is about teaching you the mechanics behind the momentum so you can build the same wave in your career, your personal brand, your LinkedIn presence, or your business. Let me explain how a Speed Wave works. 1. A Speed Wave Starts Before Anyone Notices You Every wave starts in silence. Nobody sees the hours, the drafts, the failed posts, the testing. But the algorithm does. Energy does. People do — eventually. For 70 days, we did what most people can’t do for 7 days. And when the wave finally broke, everyone said: “Wow, you grew fast.” But nothing about it was fast. It was consistent. That’s your first lesson. 2.
