You need to have 30 minutes per day to finish each lecture.
Every journey starts at Day 0 — this is your foundation.
Begin by introducing yourself in day 0 task (not here), learning key networking techniques, and taking your first real step toward leveling up. 🚀 (There is no video for day 0 - only 2 tasks)
You can later join the paid group only after you TRUST THE SYSTEM and need our support group, coaching programs and special attention!

Once you complete Day 0 and rise one level, you’ll automatically unlock Day 1 part 1 and part 2 in 2 days —the powerful session where I reveal the hidden secrets of the recruitment industry that most people never learn. 💼

These are insights I’ve gathered from over 10 years of working as a top global Human Resource consultant, designing recruitment and HR systems for multiple Fortune 500 companies across industries —including systems built on Workday ERP, one of the world’s leading enterprise HR platforms. 🌍. What you’ll learn in Day 1 can completely shift your mindset and change the way you approach your career —because once you understand how recruiters and systems really work, you’ll know exactly how to position yourself for success. 🎯

It is currently once a week, set at 7 pm LA time and 11 pm Toronto time Thursdays, to make sure everyone who works during the day, can attend. Every day, you’ll see a new classroom unlocks for you.
Your job is to complete the task & post your proof in the comments based on instructions in the class.

👉 Example: Rewrite your LinkedIn headline based on what was discussed in the class→ post a screenshot and a link.

Our moderators and coaches will look for your answers and correct you.

Go to Day 0: Introduction & Deep Networking → read the task. This is where you introduce yourself, provide your linkedin and get to know others.
Introduce yourself in the comments of Day 0 (Very Relax and Intimate) : Name, Role, LinkedIn profile, and 3 other wins, goals and obstacles.
Reply to at least 5 other members — because collaboration is how you’ll grow fastest and rise to level two
Wait 24 hrs from the moment you joined, until your Day 1 video unlocks. Do tasks, write comments and move to next. level.
