Hello everyone
I’m excited to start this program! I’m looking forward to diving deeper and I have a Quest3 to use for the VR content
📚 New Resource for Our Program + Classroom Sessions (with monthly outlines + VR options)
Hi everyone 🤍 I’m excited to share that my books are now available on Amazon and I’ll be weaving them into our program and classroom sessions as a supportive companion to what we’re already doing together. These books were created as gentle tools for grounding, reflection, and creative connection—something you can return to between sessions when you want: - a mindful reset - a steadying breath - a creative spark - or a simple way to come back to the present moment How our sessions will be structured: Each session will follow a monthly outline of content, so you’ll always know the theme, the focus, and what we’re practicing together that month. Think: steady structure + room for creativity. Yes, there will be VR activities too ✨ We’ll include a few optional VR-based experiences as part of our practices—but you do not need a headset to benefit from this work. Most practices can be done anywhere: breathwork, journaling/reflection, simple creative prompts, and grounding exercises. If you do have a headset, you’ll have a fun “bonus layer” to explore. How we’ll use the books inside our program: ✨ Short passages as monthly/weekly prompts 🌀 Reflection questions to deepen integration 🎨 Creative practices (journaling, art prompts, embodied exercises) 🧠 Nervous-system friendly grounding before/after our work together 🥽 Optional VR extensions (no headset required) For this month: If you choose to grab a copy, bring one line or passage that stood out to you into our next session. We’ll use it as a starting point for reflection and a simple practice. 📌 Here’s the first book we’ll be using: How I Found the Present Moment in Another Reality: A Story of Healing, Presence, and Becoming Whole https://a.co/d/jlMioGy The guide/ integration book is listed here : Finding the Present Moment: A Reflection & Integration Workbook for Mind, Body & Creative Spirit https://a.co/d/6rZfeT9 If you already have it—comment “I’m in” and I’ll tell you exactly what to read before our next class. If you don’t, no worries—you can still fully participate. 💛

Hello Everyone!!
Hello everyone, my name is Oluwapelumi. I work closely with online communities to help them grow in a way that is sustainable, engaging, and aligned with their purpose. Over the past few years, I’ve supported community owners by improving participation, strengthening communication, and using digital marketing systems such as email strategy, onboarding flows, and engagement structure to turn passive members into active contributors. What I focus on most is clarity. When members know why they are here, how to participate, and what value they gain, communities naturally grow stronger and more consistent. My approach is practical, intentional, and centered on what actually works long term, not hype. I joined this community to contribute thoughtfully, learn from others, and support healthy growth where possible. If you are a community owner or builder and would like to exchange ideas or get a second perspective on your community, feel free to send me a DM. I’m always open to a good conversation. Looking forward to connecting and growing together.
