Illegal repossession
Can I speak to your attorney about if there is a statute of limitations on suing a company for illegal repossession?
In 2015, my vehicle was illegally repossessed. They called the police and had them forcibly remove me from my vehicle.
As a result of their illegal repossession, we ended up homeless with our 7-month-old.
I didn't know I had any rights to pursue illegal repossessions until I saw the video of your attorney talking about it.
I have the entire ordeal recorded and documented on both audio and video. I'd love to see if I have any rights or find out if the statute of limitations has passed.
