What Julie Told Me About Summit Speakers Who Win
I had a conversation with Julie (who hosts multiple summits a year)… And she said something that stuck: 👉 “The speakers who get results aren’t the best presenters… they’re the most present.” Read that again. Because most speakers think it’s about: ✔️ perfect slides ✔️ polished delivery ✔️ the “right” freebie But that’s not what moves the needle. The ones who actually grow? They’re in the comments. They’re answering questions. They’re part of the conversation. They don’t just show up as a speaker… They show up as a human people want to engage with. And that’s what turns: → cold audiences into warm leads → visibility into community growth → attention into actual sales _____________________________________ 🔥 If that’s how you want to show up… Applications are open for the 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🗓️ June 15–17, 2026 ⏰ Apply by April 24, 2026 *** Note: You need to be a member of the community first...then get to Level 5 before the deadline. So let's get you in today. Join here. (Shared with permission from Julie 👏) 💬 Question for you: When you think about speaking…are you focused on your content… or your presence?

✨ Welcome to Virtual Event Growth Co.
Hello… and welcome 👋 I’m SO really glad you’re here. This space is a little different than most online communities… and you’ll probably feel that pretty quickly. It’s not about posting more, showing up everywhere, or trying to keep up with content. It's about growing your business in a way that actually feels aligned… and actually works. Less posting… more hosting. Less noise… more rooms. ======= Around here, we focus on things like virtual events, collaborations, and partnerships… the kind of visibility that actually connects you with the right people. You don’t need a big audience to be here. You don’t need to have it all figured out either. You just need to be open to thinking differently, connecting, and being part of the conversation. ======= You’ll notice there’s a natural flow here. You come in, introduce yourself, start joining conversations… and from there, opportunities and visibility build over time. Connection first… then collaboration… then visibility. ======= 🤝 Collab Hub You’ll also see the Collab Hub. This is where opportunities live… and where you can both find and share them. Think things like podcast guest spots, bundles, summits, freebie swaps, and collaborations. If you’re looking to get in front of new audiences… or invite others into something you’re creating… this is the place. You can post your own opportunities or jump into ones that feel aligned. If you share something, just add a little context… what it is, who it’s for, and why you’re part of it. That’s what makes people actually lean in. 👀 P.S. No waiting around here… the Collab Hub is open to you right away. Jump in whenever you’re ready. ======= Take a look around… and when you’re ready, go introduce yourself. I’d love to meet you 🤍 When you’re ready…👉 go post your intro (in a separate post is ok) Julie xo 👑

Showing Up Without Losing Your Mind 😅
This is how I show up without getting overwhelmed… Not perfectly… not everywhere… just intentionally. Here’s what it looks like for me: • Morning check-in (my own group first) • Post something simple • Reply to comments Then… • Pick 2–3 other groups • Show up on purpose (not scrolling aimlessly) I don’t try to be everywhere anymore. I’ll do: • 1 intentional post a week (based on group rules, vibe, etc.) • Come back later and reply to comments • Engage in a few conversations that actually matter And then I’m out. Once a day. Not all day. Because that “too much” feeling? Yeah… that’s what makes people disappear. This keeps me consistent… without burning out. AND… Let’s be real… A lot of groups allow you to share freebies and offers 👀 But the key? 👉 Share while you’re serving 👉 Be authentic (people can feel it when you’re not) 👉 Actually want to help someone get a result That’s when it works. Not when you drop a link and vanish. ----------------------------- Curious… Are you someone who shows up consistently…or do you hit that “too much” wall and disappear? No judgment either way… I’ve been both 😅 Tell me below 👇

Summits that are different
I want to read about people's experiences hosting summits that are different to the usual ones. Whether it was an audio summit, or all the interviews were live, or things like that --- I'd just love to see what people are doing out there that might be different to the norm. I love learning about new ideas!
