Too many options = no growth 😬
I just saw this in a member request… “Too many options” And honestly? This is one of the biggest reasons people stay stuck. Because it looks like this: 👉 try a summit 👉 maybe a bundle 👉 maybe a podcast 👉 maybe content 👉 maybe a freebie 👉 maybe all of it And then… Nothing really works. Not because the strategies don’t work… But because you’re not staying in one long enough to see results. Clarity doesn’t come from more options. It comes from: 👉 picking ONE visibility path 👉 committing to it 👉 and letting it actually build momentum Because scattered visibility = invisible results. 👇 Be honest… are you overwhelmed with too many options right now?

Yesssss. I blame my business being only 10 months old and me still trying to figure out how to do the things. In some ways, a bit of scattered-ness is necessary at the beginning, I think. Things like SEO and YouTube and Pinterest as a channel take time to accumulate. So if I were to only focus on Etsy, for example, I'd be losing all the passive accumulation time that I've built up by just putting out something, anything, week after week. On the other hand, I definitely hit a point about two months ago where I was like, nope, too much, we're going to not do xyz for a while. And although the FOMO is real, so is the relief.
This is very important research… 😌
Alright… I need to know… 👉 Coffee or tea? 👉 Sweet or salty? 👉 Early bird or night owl? No overthinking. Just answer 😄👇

...hot chocolate with whipped cream? Both. I have the snacking habits of an 8-year-old. Night owl all the way.
👉 Confession: I Work Faster So I Can Go Sew 😂
I was sitting there the other day like… why the heck am I so obsessed with sewing and crochet lately?? 😂🧶 Like… I’ll blink and suddenly it’s been 3 hours and I’ve made a whole thing. So I went down a little rabbit hole (because of course I did)…and turns out… it actually makes sense. 👉 It’s instant progress 👉 No decisions 👉 No overthinking 👉 You can SEE the result right away Basically… the complete opposite of running a business 😅 And now I get it. So I started doing something different… I’m using it as my reward 👀 When I’m working → I stay focused When I’m done → I go sew And I swear… I get MORE done because I’m like: “okay finish this and you can go make something” 😂 Not even kidding… it works so well. Curious… Do you have a “reward” thing you do after work?(or are you also in your sewing/crochet era like me 😏) Let me know 👇 PS… if you wanna see what I’ve been making lately 😏🧶 → Brindleyn Studio

I started giving myself rewards back in college, when I needed a reason to keep myself focused and get my homework done. Lately, though, I'm either working on building my business or I'm taking care of family stuff (kid activities, my activities, scheduling activities, making meals...). Eventually I'll get to the point of giving myself such luxuries as time off and midday rewards...but it is not this day. 😅
🔥 You’re not “not ready”… you’re just avoiding this
🚨 Quick reality check… A lot of you are asking: “Am I ready to host my own event?” But what’s actually happening is this 👇 You’ve been showing up. You’ve joined bundles, summits, collaborations. You’re getting a bit of visibility… …and now you’re thinking: “Should I be doing my own thing?” 💥 Truth? You’re not stuck because you’re “not ready” You’re stuck because you don’t actually know what “ready” means. 🎯 Quick self-check: You’re ready to host when: • you know who you want in the room • you can talk about ONE clear outcome • you’re willing to be visible (not perfect) That’s it. Not a big list Not a fancy funnel Not “more time” If you’ve been waiting to feel confident first… you’ll be waiting forever. 👇 Be honest… Are you actually not ready… or just avoiding the next level? If this is hitting 👀I broke it down more here: https://juliecbutler.com/ready-to-host-your-own-summit/

I'm backwards - I don't have a clear audience or outcome (yet), but I already know I want to host. I'm going to dig into Bundle Brilliance next month and start planning my bundle for August! (Hold me to it! 🚀😬)
What makes you happy? 😍
Saw this from @Miri Campbell and had to bring it in here because it’s actually so fun 👀 Using the first letter of your name… tell me something that makes you happy 💛 I’ll go first: J — JOMO (joy of missing out 😏) LOL BUT ALSO 👉 Joyful mornings ☀️
