I'm writing this because a lot of people spend hours writing a website page, an email, a social media post. And nobody reads it. It's not that the information is bad. It's that the writing is boring. And boring gets ignored. Every time.
Your customers are real humans scrolling through their phones all day. They see hundreds and hundreds of posts, emails, and ads. And the ones that win are the ones that give the reader a reason to keep going. That reason is dopamine! It's the chemical in your brain that makes you feel interested, curious, and excited. The businesses that understand how to trigger it in their writing are the ones getting the clicks, the calls, and the sales.
