🧬 The "Super-VA" Myth: Why One Virtual Assistant Cannot Do Everything
Ok, so today I want to go over one of the biggest mistakes I see entrepreneurs make when they start outsourcing. They hire one virtual assistant and expect that one person to do everything. Customer support. Video editing. Social media. Bookkeeping. Web design. Outreach. The whole list.
And then when it falls apart, they blame the VA. They say the VA was lazy or unskilled. I am telling you, in most cases, the VA was set up to fail before they even started.
I'm writing this because most small business owners are operating off a myth I call the "Super-VA." The idea that one human being can magically absorb every operational headache in your business. It does not work. And there's a real reason why.
People only have so much energy in a day. That's it. That's the whole concept. Once you understand this, you'll never hire a VA the same way again.
So let me walk you through a framework that has fundamentally changed how I build remote teams. It's called PSIU. Stick with me.
