🪜 The Outsourcing Ladder: Why Most Entrepreneurs Delegate The Wrong Things First

Ok, so today I want to go over something I see a lot of business owners get completely wrong. And that is the order in which you actually outsource tasks in your business.

Most people panic and start hiring to fix their stress. They are overwhelmed, they are drowning in tasks, and someone online tells them “just get a VA and scale.” So they do. And then a couple months later they’re back where they started, except now they are paying somebody else to watch the business fall apart.

I’m writing this because this is probably the single biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs make with their first hire. They skip steps. They try to hand off the hardest, most important parts of the business first. And it blows up every single time.
