What you'll be doing:
* Managing the CEO's inbox and Notion/Slack workflows
* Coordinating payroll and internal comms
* Supporting client-facing tasks and keeping deliverables on track
* Being the go-to person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks

✔️ Highly organized and proactive
✔️ Comfortable in inbox and admin-heavy roles
✔️ Confident communicating with clients and team members
✔️ Familiar with Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
💰 Budget: $20–$25 CAD/hour, depending on experience
