[Hiring] Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Contract 1099 position)

Looking for a contract Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support an EOS Implementer with growing their presence on Instagram and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing eye, proven experience growing social media accounts, and solid video editing skills. You will primarily focus on editing, captioning, and posting content. You will not be responsible for creating all content, but you should be able to enhance and optimize what is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)

Write engaging, on-brand captions

Schedule and publish content consistently

Provide input on posting cadence and growth strategy

Optimize posts for reach and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts

Strong understanding of current social media trends

Video editing experience (must-have)

Ability to take direction and execute quickly

Organized, reliable, and proactive
