Role: Drive new enterprise public safety software sales by acquiring large government agency clients and managing complex, long-cycle deals within an assigned territory.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 USD base (plus incentive bonus)

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Prospect and capture new business within large-tier agencies, conduct on-site and virtual software demonstrations, build and maintain executive-level government relationships, manage long sales cycles and procurement processes, attend tradeshows and regional user groups, forecast and maintain CRM pipeline, negotiate and close enterprise software deals, travel 50-65% within territory

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years sales/public safety experience or 8+ years equivalent experience, enterprise software or government sales experience, experience with large-ticket long sales cycles, strong negotiation and presentation skills, CRM management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, consultative sales ability, strong time management skills
