KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Drive Kentik NMS product roadmap, prioritize features and technical investments, translate customer requirements into specifications and user stories, partner with engineering on device monitoring and fault management capabilities, gather customer feedback and validate product direction, analyze product data to guide improvements, support full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering and customer teams

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 5+ years in a technical role such as network engineering or NOC operations, strong knowledge of networking fundamentals routing switching and OSI stack, experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds PRTG LogicMonitor Nagios Cisco tools, familiarity with SNMP telemetry alerts and performance monitoring, understanding of enterprise or service provider architectures, strong analytical and communication skills, prior product management experience preferred
