KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Plan and execute conferences and trade shows including RSA and Black Hat, manage booth logistics vendors and budgets, host CISO dinners and executive roundtables, coordinate lead capture and post-event follow-up, partner with Sales on targeted account engagement, track pipeline contribution and ROI by event, align messaging with Product Marketing, manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot, support executive meeting logistics at events

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 4–6 years field or event marketing experience in B2B tech, experience executing marquee security conferences, experience marketing to CISOs and security leaders, strong vendor and budget management skills, data-driven ROI measurement mindset, experience hosting executive events, experience with HubSpot or marketing automation tools, background in cybersecurity DevSecOps or AI/ML events preferred
