KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Own global customer lifecycle strategy from onboarding to expansion, lead and scale customer marketing team, manage customer communications including newsletters webinars and product announcements, build segmentation and trigger-based lifecycle programs, design and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns, deliver omni-channel customer programs, build advocacy programs including testimonials and review initiatives, establish measurement frameworks for engagement retention and expansion, partner cross-functionally with Sales Product Customer Success and RevOps, manage global customer marketing budget

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 8+ years customer lifecycle or growth marketing experience, 3+ years people leadership in B2B SaaS cybersecurity preferred, proven success driving adoption retention and expansion, experience running global programs across NA EMEA and APAC, strong CRM and marketing automation experience such as Salesforce or HubSpot, strong analytical and storytelling skills, bachelor’s degree in marketing business or related field
