KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Translate HR strategy into operational plans, design and manage HR operating cadence including reviews and dashboards, oversee HR budget and resource allocation, optimize internal HR operations, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, track and report performance metrics, provide executive-level insights and reporting, travel up to 25% as required

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 10+ years experience in HR operations business planning or enterprise program management, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, experience running operating reviews and QBRs, strong analytical and financial management skills, experience managing budgets and resources, strong executive communication skills, experience in matrixed environments automotive or manufacturing experience preferred
