COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $71,300 - $109,400 plus incentive bonus

Pay Type: Salary + Bonus

Work Type: Full-Time

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Plan and execute operational audits, prepare process narratives maps and flowcharts, perform audit testing and document workpapers, evaluate control effectiveness and identify root causes, draft audit reports and recommendations, assess corrective action plans, lead process owner meetings, develop compliance and substantive test plans, guide staff auditors, analyze trends and data for business insights

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting business administration or related field, 5+ years experience in finance auditing engineering manufacturing EVs sales service or supply chain, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of risk management and internal controls, ability to lead audits and manage multiple projects, professional certification such as CIA or CPA preferred, experience in automotive industry preferred
