KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Build and mentor high-performing engineering team, drive technical strategy and roadmap development, oversee full stack architecture and solution design, collaborate cross-functionally with product design and data teams, align engineering execution with business objectives, ensure scalable secure distributed system design, lead Agile processes and delivery cycles, use data to inform roadmap and resource allocation

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: BS or higher in Computer Science or related field, 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years engineering management experience, experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript React Vue Python Node.js, experience designing distributed systems and microservices, experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud, strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills, healthcare industry knowledge preferred
