Salary: Around $47,000 base plus performance bonus eligibility

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Deliver synchronous and asynchronous online instruction, personalize and differentiate learning, monitor student progress through LMS, maintain gradebook and academic integrity, prepare students for standardized testing, communicate regularly with parents and learning coaches, support virtual classroom troubleshooting, travel for state testing and professional development, collaborate with teachers to analyze student data

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, active Michigan teaching certification with Elementary endorsement, ability to clear background check, experience with elementary age group preferred, online or classroom teaching experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint, ability to adapt to technology and online learning platforms
