Salary: $250,000 – $350,000+ USD (Performance + Revenue Share, No Cap)
Base Salary: $120,000 USD Guaranteed During Ramp-Up

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Lead weekly client strategy calls, develop and execute organic ranking and product launch strategies, manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns with $50K+ monthly budgets, improve P&L performance and cost structures, resolve complex Amazon catalog issues, guide clients through logistics and backend optimization, provide daily support via Slack and email, continuously refine internal consulting systems, drive client retention and referrals

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 3+ years Amazon FBA experience managing $10M+ brands, hands-on PPC management with $50K+ monthly budgets, deep knowledge of Amazon ranking algorithms and product launches, strong Seller Central expertise, experience with private label brand growth, strong understanding of COGs, fees, inventory planning, and profitability optimization, strong project management and client communication skills, fluent English, high-performance and results-driven mindset
