KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Manage portfolio of high-profile healthcare client accounts, develop and execute client success plans, drive revenue retention and product adoption, conduct business reviews and performance analyses, provide workflow optimization and best practice recommendations, lead client meetings and executive engagements, travel 10-15% for client visits, mentor team members, collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes, act as subject matter expert on revenue cycle solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years revenue cycle management or patient access experience, 2+ years client success management experience, experience with inpatient and outpatient billing processes, experience managing software upgrades or implementations, proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Teams including pivot tables, strong communication and executive relationship skills, SaaS revenue retention experience preferred
