COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $80,730.00 - $134,550.00 plus discretionary bonuses

Pay Type: Salary + Bonus

Work Type: Full-Time

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Act as primary contact for refinery operations and engineering teams, manage and optimize boiler cooling and wastewater treatment programs, conduct system audits and performance monitoring, troubleshoot technical issues, provide on-site service and operational support, lead account planning and value presentations, manage contract renewals and pricing discussions, identify upsell opportunities, track revenue and profitability targets

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years hands-on water treatment experience in boiler cooling and wastewater systems, strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience working with large industrial or refining customers preferred, bachelor’s degree in chemistry chemical engineering environmental science or related field preferred, strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, ability to work in industrial refinery environment
