Key Tasks: Create and update user guides and FAQs, translate technical processes into simple language, collaborate with engineering and support teams, review documentation for clarity and accuracy, maintain knowledge bases, document new features and updates, create instructional YouTube videos, standardize formatting and terminology

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to simplify complex concepts, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently remotely, pursuing or recently completed degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing or related field, familiarity with SaaS or ecommerce platforms preferred
