Role: Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts while leading and coaching Customer Success Managers to drive retention, expansion, and scalable customer success outcomes.
Qualifications: 5+ years SaaS customer success/account management experience, 1+ years people management, enterprise account ownership, renewal and expansion expertise, strong commercial and strategic skills, martech experience preferred.
Key Tasks: Own enterprise account portfolio, drive renewals and expansion, coach and mentor CSMs, lead account reviews and escalations, improve CS processes, collaborate cross-functionally, surface customer insights to leadership and product.
