Salary: $110,000–$210,000 USD annually

Key Tasks: Meta ads strategy and execution, paid social budget management, creative testing and briefing, audience and funnel optimization, CAC and ROAS analysis, MTA/MMM performance analysis, platform expansion testing, weekly performance reporting, cross-functional feedback loops

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: proven $1M+/month Meta spend ownership, DTC e-commerce experience, deep paid social execution skills, attribution and analytics expertise, strong testing discipline, high ownership mindset, ability to operate in fast-paced environments
