Role:

Build and deliver next-generation NLP and GenAI-driven data products that transform business, finance, and operations insights at Red Hat. This role focuses on developing scalable NLP/ML applications that turn natural language data into actionable intelligence, powering near real-time decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in NLP using Python

• Strong experience with SpaCy, Hugging Face, and modern NLP techniques

• Hands-on GenAI experience (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases)

• Experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)

• Experience building scalable backend microservices in AWS

• Strong analytical, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Math, Computational Linguistics, or related field

Key Tasks:

• Design, build, and deploy NLP and GenAI-powered applications

• Train, evaluate, and refine NLP models using statistical analysis

• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams to solve real-world business problems
