Key Tasks: CRM strategy ownership, lifecycle campaign development, email and SMS execution, segmentation and personalization, retention and LTV optimization, loyalty and referral programs, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, vendor and tool management, compliance oversight

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 5+ years CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, DTC brand background, hands-on email and SMS expertise, Klaviyo proficiency, deliverability management experience, retention and loyalty optimization success, strong analytical skills
