KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Hire and develop SDR team members, Set and track pipeline and conversion targets, Build scalable outbound and inbound prospecting playbooks, Monitor team performance and pipeline health, Partner with sales and marketing for funnel optimization, Coach and mentor SDRs through regular feedback sessions, Improve processes for efficiency and scalability, Maintain accurate CRM reporting, Drive lead quality and smooth handoff to sales teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 3+ years experience in sales or sales leadership, Experience leading SDR or BDR teams, Ability to design prospecting frameworks and cadences, Strong data-driven decision-making skills, Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools, Strong coaching and mentoring abilities, Excellent communication and organizational skills, Experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred
