KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Handle inbound sales calls, assess customer needs and coverage gaps, recommend insurance products and pricing options, expand household coverage, improve retention, meet and exceed sales targets, collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, participate in ongoing training

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 0–2 years sales or customer service experience preferred, strong communication and relationship-building skills, goal-oriented mindset, ability to work independently in a remote environment, Property & Casualty license preferred (licensing support provided)
