COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 base (OTE $150,000 - $170,000)

Pay Type: Salary + Commission

Salary Band: [$5k+/mo]

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Meet and exceed sales quotas, generate new business opportunities, manage full sales cycle, build relationships with title agents and real estate professionals, develop territory call plans, deliver sales presentations, attend industry events, collaborate with marketing and operations teams, maintain CRM pipeline, expand existing accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years residential title or real estate sales experience, proven sales performance, strong negotiation skills, territory management skills, presentation skills, valid driver’s license, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce
