KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Build and deploy email campaigns and automations, execute A/B testing, enhance customer segmentation strategies, analyze weekly performance metrics, collaborate with internal marketing teams, align CRM strategy with venue marketing initiatives, provide data-driven recommendations, stay current on CRM best practices and emerging tools

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 1+ year CRM or email marketing experience, strong analytical skills, experience with Klaviyo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESP), familiarity with GA4 and reporting tools, strong project management skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, high attention to detail
