Salary: $124,780 – $146,800

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise initiatives from initiation to closeout, Own financial planning forecasting and variance analysis, Prepare executive-ready reports and decision materials, Manage governance forums and escalation processes, Engage senior stakeholders (VP and C-suite), Lead vendor and implementation partner accountability, Drive risk mitigation and dependency management, Mentor PMO team members and contribute to process improvements, Ensure smooth transition to operations and capture lessons learned

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred), 8+ years progressive project management experience, Experience leading complex enterprise initiatives, Strong financial management and forecasting experience, PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred, Experience with Agile and predictive methodologies, Proficiency with Smartsheet and other PM tools (Jira MS Project Asana Azure DevOps), Strong executive communication and leadership presence
