Key Tasks: Lead full lifecycle digital project delivery, Develop project charters and integrated plans, Manage risks dependencies and budgets, Oversee digital roadmap and portfolio alignment, Build business cases and track financial benefits, Lead change management and stakeholder engagement, Ensure GxP and CSV compliance, Coordinate validation and governance processes, Facilitate workshops and Kaizens, Embed digital solutions into standard work, Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 8+ years project management or digital operations experience, Background in manufacturing or regulated environments, Knowledge of GxP and CSV validation, Experience with digital transformation initiatives, Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or PPI methods, Strong stakeholder management skills, Ability to build financial business cases, Understanding of data analytics concepts, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science Life Sciences or related field
