COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $89,000 - $121,400 per year

Pay Type: Annual salary + bonus incentive

Work Type: Full-Time

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile methodologies, support Product Owner with backlog refinement, remove impediments, track team metrics and capacity, support PI Planning and system demos, guide teams through organizational change, collaborate with Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, promote continuous improvement and DevOps practices

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: 3+ years IT experience with 1-3 years as Scrum Master, experience in SAFe agile environment, agile certification such as CSM PSM SA or IC Agile, experience with Jira ADO VersionOne or Rally, knowledge of DevOps and testing practices, strong communication and facilitation skills, ability to work in complex environments
