COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: $93,500 – $110,000

Pay Type: Salary

Salary Band: Mid-Level

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, Prepare reports and oversee drawing reviews through all project phases, Coordinate consultants and construction teams, Review invoices change orders and requisitions, Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, Collaborate with property and facility management teams, Maintain performance and quality standards, Provide regular client updates and recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: B.S. in Engineering or Architecture, 5+ years engineering or construction project experience, 5+ years project management experience, Experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred, Strong communication and organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
