Key Tasks: patient case management, patient and provider support, therapy access coordination, documentation in electronic patient records, adverse event reporting, patient follow-up and adherence monitoring, reimbursement coordination, training support

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: licensed RN or RPN/LPN, active provincial nursing registration, 2–5 years healthcare or case management experience, pharmaceutical or insurance experience, strong communication skills, French and/or English fluency
