Salary: $96,000 - $120,000 per year + commission

Qualifications: enterprise customer success or account management experience, B2B SaaS background, ecommerce experience preferred, revenue retention and renewal ownership, strong data and spreadsheet skills
Key Tasks: manage enterprise accounts and renewals, drive expansion and retention revenue, conduct QBRs, increase product adoption, partner with sales on cross-sell, surface customer feedback to product
