Role: Lead and execute BJAK’s full-funnel marketing strategy across digital, brand, and performance channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand growth across London and Southeast Asia markets.

COMPENSATION & WORK DETAILS

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 base

Pay Type: Base + Performance Bonus

Work Type: Full-Time

Location: [United Kingdom – London Based, Remote/Hybrid]

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Own full marketing strategy across digital brand content and campaigns, lead cross-channel performance marketing across Meta Google TikTok YouTube and CRM, manage KPIs including CAC ROAS CTR and conversions, build and scale content marketing engine including blogs video scripts and landing pages, evolve brand positioning and messaging across markets, manage creative production with internal and external partners, analyze campaign data to optimize ROI, collaborate cross-functionally with product sales design and data teams, manage marketing calendar budget and resource allocation, support go-to-market launches for new products and features

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 4–7 years experience in strategic and hands-on marketing roles, strong performance marketing background, expertise across paid media SEO content and CRM, ability to lead creative production across formats, strong analytical and data interpretation skills, experience managing budgets agencies and vendors, strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, UK-based, experience in high-growth tech or fintech preferred
