KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Own TikTok influencer partnerships and sales calendar, identify and recruit influencers, manage influencer CRM and affiliate platforms, negotiate contracts and ensure FTC compliance, collaborate with performance marketing on SparkCode content, define and track influencer KPIs, lead influencer collaboration product strategy, manage creator relationships and gifting, coordinate influencer PR packages, contribute to paid digital strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 4+ years influencer marketing experience, campaign strategy and execution experience, team management experience, paid advertising collaboration experience, strong knowledge of TikTok and social platforms, KPI tracking and analytics skills, strong communication and organizational skills
