KEY TASKS

Key Tasks: Oversee global health coverage, edit and generate story ideas, supervise and coach editorial staff, coordinate multiplatform reporting, set coverage priorities, participate in newsroom decision-making, ensure journalistic standards, respond to breaking news, foster inclusive newsroom culture

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: 10+ years news editing or producing experience, 3+ years senior editorial leadership, 4+ years people management, global health or science journalism experience, international reporting background, strong news judgment, editorial ethics expertise, ability to work under deadline pressure
