Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 OTE + Stock Options

Pay Type: Base + Performance Bonus

KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Define and maintain DACH marketing strategy, lead German-language content and integrated campaigns across funnel, localize messaging for DACH buyers, manage regional events strategy including webinars and trade shows, oversee external agencies and vendors, partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing, own HubSpot campaigns workflows and reporting, monitor performance and optimize regional programs, align closely with Sales on pipeline and revenue goals

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: Native-level German and fluent English, 7+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience, 3+ years owning regional or multi-channel programs, experience managing agencies and vendors, expertise in brand communications and content-led marketing, advanced HubSpot proficiency including workflows and reporting, experience collaborating with Sales and global teams, experience leading integrated campaigns across content events and paid channels
