KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Build and optimize trial onboarding email flows in Braze, design in-app onboarding journeys using Appcues or Chameleon, support cross-sell lifecycle campaigns with Product Marketing, analyze onboarding friction points and improve activation performance, collaborate with Growth Product Marketing BI and RevOps teams, coordinate creative assets for onboarding campaigns, manage segmentation and data integration workflows, define and track KPIs including activation and conversion rates, run A/B testing to optimize lifecycle performance

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 5+ years experience in growth or lifecycle marketing in B2B SaaS, hands-on experience with Braze HubSpot Appcues or similar tools, experience optimizing onboarding and PLG conversion flows, strong data-driven decision-making skills, familiarity with segmentation and BI reporting processes, cross-functional collaboration experience, project management skills, familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
