KEY TASKS

────────────────────────

Key Tasks: Build and optimize lifecycle journeys including onboarding abandoned cart post-purchase winback and subscription flows, develop structured segmentation strategies, design subscription tier and upsell communications, reduce churn through proactive engagement programs, manage promotional calendar, collaborate with Creative on campaign assets, track repeat purchase churn and LTV metrics, conduct cohort analysis, continuously optimize automated flows based on performance data

QUALIFICATIONS

────────────────────────

Qualifications: 4–7+ years experience in ecommerce lifecycle marketing, experience with CRM platforms such as Braze MoEngage or Klaviyo, strong understanding of subscription models, analytical and commercially focused mindset, experience with Shopify, ability to own data-driven optimization strategy
