Role: Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives across content, social media, events, and community to keep campaigns moving and drive engagement for a B2B SaaS design platform.

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 + equity
Pay Type: Salary
Work Type: Full-Time (5 days per week)

KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Repurpose and create content across blog email and social channels, manage website updates and SEO improvements, plan and publish organic social content across LinkedIn X Bluesky Instagram and TikTok, coordinate influencer and PR outreach, manage community engagement including Slack and review platforms, support webinars meetups and events logistics, coordinate marketing campaigns and project timelines, create campaign assets in Figma using templates, maintain internal marketing documentation and workflows

QUALIFICATIONS
────────────────────────
Qualifications: 1–3 years marketing experience (agency or in-house), experience executing content social events or community campaigns, experience managing brand social channels, strong copywriting skills, strong organisational and project management skills, familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have: Basic video editing skills, experience using Figma Canva or Adobe Suite, experience with AI tools for workflow efficiency, SEO tool experience (Semrush Ahrefs), B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience
