KEY TASKS
────────────────────────
Key Tasks: Manage UK social media content across LinkedIn Facebook and other channels, plan and execute marketing events including conferences and roundtables, deliver integrated campaigns across digital social email print and industry events, develop marketing collateral including case studies blogs and presentations, update website content, manage brand consistency across channels, monitor campaign performance and report ROI, collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging, administer marketing tasks accurately and on time

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications: 4+ years marketing experience, strong creative writing skills, experience executing multi-channel campaigns, familiarity with social media platforms, experience with Hootsuite HubSpot Salesforce Salesloft and Google Analytics, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of contact centre or CX industry preferred
